Shipping policy

How long does shipping take?

Flashcards & Coloring Book: Standard shipping for orders is sent via USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail and typically takes 7-14 business days, which does not include weekends. Please note that we will be shipping flashcard orders ourselves and will have a limited amount of inventory to ship out at a time. If we need to stock up on our inventory, Flashcards may arrive to us a little later than normal, and therefore your order may take at least 2 to 3 weeks before you receive them (this includes printing turnaround times, mailing, and shipping). We currently don't offer International Shipping, but we will in the future.

Tees & Mugs: All tees and mugs are print-on-demand items and are custom-made immediately after each order. Once you place your order, the fulfillment process starts (fulfillment time is 2-7 business days), and then it gets shipped out, which takes an additional 4–7 business days after fulfillment. So please expect about 6-14 business days to receive an order.

Please Note: During holidays or times of high demand, orders will exceed the above, and may take 10-15+ business days to ship.

How much is shipping?

Flashcards & Coloring Book: Shipping for domestic orders is currently free! If that changes, shipping costs will be calculated by weight, so it depends on the weight of your order and how many Flashcard decks or Coloring Books you purchase.

Tees & Mugs: Shipping rates are $3.99 and will be charged at checkout. Free shipping is available for all tee orders over $100. 

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for all orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. We currently don't offer International Shipping, but we will in the future. 

Please be mindful of shipping delays due to Covid-19 safety restrictions and track your order. If there is a problem with your package shipment process, please contact the USPS 1-800 number or your local post office.

Do you offer package tracking?

Yes. We will provide you with the tracking number once your package is shipped. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has either left the fulfillment center (for tee orders) or our office (for flashcard orders). Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

What is your return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Refunds will not be provided unless there is an error on our end. This does not include delayed shipments. 

Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting. If your item is defective or damaged, or if you have any questions or concerns, please send us an email at contact@jai-at-play.com and we will do our best to make things right. 

Each tee is a print-on-demand item, which means it's a custom order. We have no way of reselling the item and if you ship it back to the fulfillment center, they will not send you a new item. Please make sure that you choose your size carefully!
