Refunds will not be provided unless there is an error on our end. This does not include delayed shipments.
Please make sure to confirm all order details prior to submitting. If your item is defective or damaged, or if you have any questions or concerns, please send us an email at contact@jai-at-play.com and we will do our best to make things right.
Each tee is a print-on-demand item, which means it's a custom order. We have no way of reselling the item and if you ship it back to the fulfillment center, they will not send you a new item. Please make sure that you choose your size carefully!
