"When children see role models who reflect their own identity, they experience a 25% improvement in academic performance. (Source: National Bureau of Economic Research)"

Solution: Through our educational tools and resources, we provide children with diverse, relatable role models they can see themselves in. By centering positive, authentic representation, especially for children who are often overlooked and underrepresented, we help build confidence and self-belief and inspire them to see their value and reach their full potential.

Interactive Author Visits (K-5th Grade)

Our author visits are where creativity, awareness, inclusion, and authentic representation come to life. Whether you’re a school, library, or youth program, we show up with real stories, positive energy, and engaging tools to help kids and the adults who support them better understand Autism. We don’t just teach- we create fun, meaningful experiences and help build more inclusive, Autism-friendly spaces. Designed for young learners in grades K-5, each visit allows students to creatively explore the Autism spectrum through a blend of art integration, creative learning, and play, featuring our Autism Through The Alphabet ABC Coloring Book and coloring pages.

Here’s what’s included in each visit:

  • Reading and storytelling from our Autism Through The Alphabet ABC Coloring Book
  • Hands-on coloring and activity pages for participants to explore and take home
  • A conversation with Shekira and Jaiden, who share their Autism journey
  • A chance to meet a young, proud autistic self-advocate and entrepreneur
  • Live Q&A to promote understanding, awareness, and kindness

Perfect for: Elementary schools, libraries, afterschool programs, and community learning spaces

Staff Training For Inclusive, Autism-Friendly Spaces

"Empower & Educate: Building Supportive Environments Through Autism Understanding"

Our Empower & Educate training is a 1.5-hour engaging session designed to help schools and organizations build more inclusive, Autism-friendly environments. Led by our neurodivergent mother-son team, this training combines lived experience, interactive activities, and practical strategies to help participants better understand Autism, build empathy, and gain tools and knowledge they can use right away.

With Autism diagnoses now affecting 1 in 36 children in the U.S. (CDC, 2024), the need for accessible, effective, and inclusive support and educational resources has never been more urgent. Autism isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is this training. Through a comprehensive presentation and interactive activities, your team will gain valuable insights and skills to welcome and support neurodivergent children in ways that work for them. Your team won’t just learn, they’ll be empowered to create more inclusive, compassionate spaces where all children can learn, grow, and thrive together.

[This session is also included with our Autism Through The Alphabet Program and ensures your team is fully equipped to maximize the program’s impact.]

Perfect for: educators, youth organizations, and teams committed to inclusion
Length: 1.5 hours

What people are saying!

“As an adjunct professor, I have the opportunity to teach future educators how to create inclusive spaces for their future students. While I can bring real-life examples into the course, there is no better way to teach my students about how to teach students with different needs than to hear from real people who have those diverse needs.” – Mary Saydah (Adjunct Professor at Seton Hall University)
